1. General Terms:

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all services, projects, and contracts undertaken by ContowerGroup in the field of construction and design. By engaging our services, clients agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2. ContowerGroup reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Scope of Services:

2.1. ContowerGroup provides construction and design services, including but not limited to architectural design, interior design, project management, construction, and renovation.

2.2. The specific scope of each project will be detailed in a separate written agreement or contract signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property:

3.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the design and construction plans remain the exclusive property of ContowerGroup unless explicitly transferred to the client through a written agreement.

3.2. Clients are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any design concepts or materials provided by ContowerGroup for purposes beyond the agreed project without prior written consent.

4. Project Timeline:

4.1. ContowerGroup will make every effort to adhere to the agreed project timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, regulatory approvals, or material availability, may lead to delays.

4.2. Clients will be informed promptly of any significant changes to the project timeline and any additional implications on the project scope, cost, or completion date.

5. Cost and Payment:

5.1. The cost of each project will be outlined in the agreement or contract. It will include all relevant expenses for design, materials, labor, and project management.

5.2. Payment terms will be specified in the agreement. Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in project execution.

5.3. Additional costs incurred due to changes in project scope or client requests will be communicated to the client for approval before implementation.

6. Compliance and Permits:

6.1. ContowerGroup will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes during the execution of the project.

6.2. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for the construction and design project.

7. Confidentiality:

7.1. Both parties agree to treat all non-public information shared during the course of the project as confidential.

7.2. ContowerGroup will not disclose any sensitive client information to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Liability and Insurance:

8.1. ContowerGroup maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, including liability insurance, to protect against unforeseen events during the project.

8.2. ContowerGroup shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the project or use of its services.

9. Termination:

9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing for material breach by the other party. Termination shall be subject to the terms specified in the agreement.

9.2. In case of termination, the client shall compensate ContowerGroup for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

10. Dispute Resolution:

10.1. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.

10.2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon.

By engaging ContowerGroup's services, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
